Yo también tenía miedo de irme.
Yo también oculté el abuso a mi familia y amigos.
Yo también puse excusas por el abuso.
Yo también sufrí en silencio.
Yo también me convencí de que era mi culpa.
Yo también mantuve la cabeza gacha por la vergüenza.
Yo también lloré y recé para que algún día el dolor terminara.
Yo también me fui y volví más de una vez.
Yo también soy una sobreviviente de violencia doméstica.
Así que no te avergüences, ¡ten en cuenta que no estás solo! ¡Ten en cuenta que eres más fuerte de lo que crees!
Por favor, ten en cuenta que yo y muchos otros hemos pasado por esto y estamos aquí para ayudarte. 💜💜💜💜

Im sorry you went through that. However, i hope you realize you are never alone for there more survivors out there with similar stories. The most important is that you have become that strength for the next person to say they can survive too. You will always have me and the rest of the fam whenever you need us. One love one family!
