I love all the new updates and features to the website. There are a lot of resources available. It's like a one stop shop for all things Self-Care. My favorite update is the new WISHLIST. I was able to add my favorite things and send to my husband so he could order things for me for the holidays.

Coach I know I'm a little early but I want to say thank you! I really enjoyed our 7 week coaching sessions which will be ending with our last week coming up soon. I learned quite a bit about myself and how to cope with negativity, how to be more positive as well as how to calm myself through meditation and more.
