Shawnta’ Hill (pronounced Shawn-tay), also commonly known as LifeCoach614, is a Master Certified Self-Care & Boundaries Life Coach, holistic wellness advocate, songwriter, and the visionary behind The Self Care Club LLC and the Room2Breathe Project. Through coaching, music, podcasting, and community-centered initiatives, she creates intentional spaces where healing, self-love, and personal growth are not just encouraged—but embodied.
Shawnta’s work is deeply rooted in lived experience. As a survivor of domestic violence, she understands firsthand what it means to rebuild your life after being verbally and physically harmed, emotionally depleted, and forced to rediscover yourself after surviving what was meant to break you. Her personal journey into self-care and coaching was shaped by profound life transitions, including the loss of her father, the heartbreak of miscarrying twins, navigating the resurfacing of childhood wounds, and learning how to choose peace without guilt—especially after experiencing a relationship that demanded her silence, her shrinking, and her survival.
In January 2020, with the support of her husband, she made a life-changing commitment to her mental health by beginning weekly therapy—an intentional decision that became the foundation for what would later evolve into the Room2Breathe Project.
During the pandemic, Shawnta’ turned to social media as a way to stay connected and grounded in community. What began as creative content and DIY nail tutorials naturally grew into open conversations around mental health, boundaries, and intentional living. This evolution led to the launch of the Room2Breathe Blog, the Self Care Club Community, and eventually the Room2Breathe Podcast—a space known for raw, honest conversations about healing, self-advocacy, and choosing yourself without guilt.
In 2024, Shawnta’ felt called to share her healing journey in a new way. Drawing from years of personal journals and reflections, she began transforming her words into Room2Breathe Music. While singing was never her primary gift, she embraced AI technology as a tool to bring her affirmations, emotions, and healing intentions to life. For Shawnta’, music is an extension of ministry—another way to uplift, affirm, and remind others that they are not alone.
Beyond her work, Shawnta’ has been married to her husband, Shannon, for eight years. Together they are raising their son, Kyre, while also caring for her mother-in-law who lives with dementia. Their home is filled with love, resilience, and joy—alongside their two beloved pups, Kobe and CocoaDiva.
