This project was created for us—for the ones who have carried too much, stayed strong for too long, and learned how to survive before we ever learned how to rest. Overflow is the moment we stop pushing through and start pouring back into ourselves. It’s the sound of choosing release, truth, and softness without guilt.
Every element is intentional.
The boombox represents our collective voice—no longer muted.
The water flowing through it isn’t chaos; it’s cleansing. It’s emotion finally allowed to move instead of being stored in the body.
The birds symbolize freedom and elevation—what rises once the storm has passed.
And the light breaking through the clouds reminds us that overflow comes after the work, after the surrender, after the healing.
Structured as a six-act healing experience, Overflow guides us through reflection, release, remembrance, reclamation, softening, and receiving. This is not background music. It’s a grounding, affirmational journey designed to be felt in the body and spirit. Listening with headphones is recommended so the breath, pauses, and layered soundscapes can fully hold you.
